LADIES NIGHT OUTBACK – CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Sponsor:
The Ladies Night Outback contest (“Contest”) is organized and administered by Forrest Jones Entertainment(“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility:
This Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor and their immediate families or household members are not eligible to enter.
3. Contest Period:
The Contest begins on August 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET and ends on October 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (“Contest Period”).
4. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must subscribe to Forrest Jones Entertainment's mailing list during the Contest Period.
For one (1) additional entry, participants may also follow @forrestjonesentertainment on Instagram.
Limit of two (2) entries per person — one by subscribing, and one by following on Instagram.
5. Prize:
One (1) grand prize will be awarded consisting of:

A trip to Las Vegas for four (4) people from December 4–7, 2025, including up to $2,000 CAD in airfare credit

Three (3) nights accommodation at the RIO Hotel Las Vegas (two rooms, double occupancy)

4 tickets for a Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour from our sponsor Big Bus Tours

VIP tickets to Australia’s Thunder From Down Under show in Las Vegas
Approximate total prize value: $3,500 CAD
6. Prize Conditions:

Prize must be accepted as awarded; no substitutions or cash equivalent.

Food, drinks, travel insurance, airport transfers, and any additional expenses are not included.

The prize is not affiliated with Australia’s Thunder From Down Under or the RIO Hotel.

Winner and guests are responsible for valid travel documents and compliance with travel and health regulations.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about November 1, 2025.
The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to confirm acceptance.
Failure to respond within the time frame may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Publicity:
By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions:
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud or technical issues compromise the integrity of the Contest, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by the Sponsor.
10. Release of Liability:
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Forrest Jones Entertainment, Instagram, and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of the prize.
