TECHNICAL ISSUES AND CONTEST ADMINISTRATION Forrest Jones Entertainment is not responsible for any technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware, software, internet, platform, website, telephone, email, server, social media, or communication failures of any kind. If, for any reason, a contest cannot run as planned, including due to technical failures, unauthorized intervention, fraud, tampering, bugs, viruses, platform changes, legal restrictions, event cancellation, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Forrest Jones Entertainment, Forrest Jones Entertainment reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, extend, or restart the contest, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
